This is a series of 6 classes that begins on Wednesday September 5, 2018 continuing each Wednesday through October 10, 2018. Classes are from 8:00 am - 9:15 am.
Cost is $60 for the series or $15 for drop-in. Or you can use your regular pass.
Learn or refresh your understanding of yoga including philosophy, foundational poses and how to apply yoga in your daily life. This series will teach grounding, movement, breathing and relaxation.
This class is ideal for active people new to yoga, those returning to yoga or experienced yogis desiring to strengthen their foundation of practice.
