Join Mari Dew for this special Kundalini Workshop.
Friday February 7, 2020 from 5:30pm - 7:00pm.
Kundalini Yoga, known as the “Yoga of Awareness,” is a journey to the seat of the soul, tuning into the truth that peace is only found in the outer world by cultivating that peace within.
The primary aim of Kundalini yoga is to awaken the kundalini energy, which lies coiled, serpent-like, at the base of the spine.
Each 90-minute Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class is a unique experience, but it will generally include a kriya (complete set of physical and breathing excercises), extended savasana or relaxation (often featuring gong and/or sound healing instruments) and a longer meditation (which may include mantra, mudra and breathwork). All ages and levels are welcome, the only requirement is to bring an open mind and willingness to try something different!
