Welcome to Elk Rapids Yoga Flow!

Located in downtown Elk Rapids, Michigan, our small studio is nestled among village shops and restaurants, and is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Michigan. A perfect setting for the practice of yoga!

All in-studio classes are available via Zoom as well, so you can practice from anywhere. Our studio is warm, peaceful and inviting. If you're visiting or just decide to drop in at the last minute, we provide everything you need for class: yoga mats and a full array of props. Classes are designed for all levels of ability. We would love to share our love of yoga with you!
