About us

We believe yoga is for every body, regardless of age, gender, physical limitations, or religious beliefs.

We provide a wide diversity of classes recognizing that everyone is living their individual journey, both physically and mentally, and will relate to a certain style of yoga class based on their journey.

We recognize that not every pose is for everybody and seek to offer individualized and inspiring classes with the intention of sharing our love of "living yoga".

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a serene, safe, and welcoming space where students can explore their yoga practice and personal journey of self transformation, creating a calm and peaceful mind, and an open compassionate heart with a strong feeling of self acceptance.

Student Testimonial

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, with the last five years at Elk Rapids Yoga Flow, and for a small town, we are very fortunate to have a studio of this caliber. The cozy and peaceful studio is conveniently located in downtown Elk Rapids and offers classes that are adaptable for all levels of yoga. The instructors are all experienced and highly knowledgeable and offer a variety of different class modalities that are always inspirational and enjoyable. I feel that as I age, I am able to maintain my strength, flexibility and balance, as well as my mental outlook and over-all well-being. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone regardless of if you are a ‘newbie’ to yoga or have many years of experience.
